A Trade Representative was a Nalroni official whose sole purpose was to warn free-traders and merchants of the hazards of Celanon City, and ensuring that they had taken adequate security measures in the form of paying the Trade Representative a fee so that their business would go unhindered. The fee was based on the number of visits made by the starship to Celanon, whether or not the crew were known to traffic in illegal cargo, and how much the Trade Representative believed he could extract at the time.
