The 1961-25 was a Grand National (now Nextel Cup) event held at Piedmont Interstate Fairgrounds on June 2, 1961. Jim Paschal led just twenty laps, but pulled away to a commanding two-lap victory on Cotton Owens when all was said and done. Eventual season champ Ned Jarrett finished 5th. Stats
