The Yasuki Peacekeepers were a group of magistrates based in Friendly Traveler Village . Formed by Hida Shara following the Second Yasuki War, the Peacekeepers' goal was to bring the village out of the decay that affected it since the war and protected it from bandits. Shara developed the techniques used by the Peacekeepers, used her considerable skills to successfully guard the profitable city.
