Take the Wooden Pail given to you by Hamadrya and fill it with water at Titan's Step. Then, return to the Tree of Life and throw the Pail of Water upon the Tree of Life. This will drive Emenir out, allowing you to kill her. Once this is done, return to Hamadrya.
