Reverend Robert Maguire (1826 - 3 September 1890) was an Irish-born Church of England clergyman. He was educated at Trinity College Dublin before being ordained as a priest. He served as curate of St Nicholas, Cork 1849-52, also acting as a missionary of the London Irish Society. He moved to London where he became clerical secretary of the Islington Protestant Institute, an anti-Catholic organisation. He was twice a member of the London School Board: he was elected for Finsbury 1870, but lost his seat in 1876. He returned to the board as a representative of Southwark from 1876-79.
