Gabriel began doing commercial work at a young age. She played Marisol in the short film Welfare to Love, a younger character named Sand in The Spirit, released in 2008, and later appeared in Honey 2, released in 2011. On television, Gabriel co-stars in the popular TNT sci-fi series Falling Skies, produced by Steven Spielberg. She has also guest starred in the comedy-drama series Weeds and Zoey 101 and appeared in an episode of Miami Medical. When she is not working, Gabriel enjoys playing the guitar and piano.
