All boots at levels 10,20,30,40 and so on can be found the gear shop where as the level 15,25,35 etc boots can only be found in a dungeon or be crafted, where as some boots can be crafted at level 18, 22, and other levels. Most boots found in a dungeon are Uncommon or higher, while all boots crafted are uncommon or higher.
