Prior to patch 2.1, this dagger was one of the two weapons in game (the other being the Empyrean Messenger) with bonus to all Resistances. Many of its properties were similar to those of the same name daggers from previous games. The Frozen Orb launched by the special affix (chance is not reduced by Proc Coefficient, but has a 6 seconds internal cooldown) is identical to the Wizard skill with the rune of the same name.
