Guy Josselyne is the story teller of the Joan of Arc campaign in Age of Empires II and represents a fictional French military commander during the later stages of the Hundred Years' War. He appears in the A Perfect Martyr scenario. As with all heroes, he is also available in the Scenario Editor, can self regenerate, and cannot be converted. Guy Josselyne has the appearance of a Paladin with similar stats but has higher melee armor and more hit points except if the player is using the Franks (which they are in the Joan of Arc campaign), in which case a regular Paladin has two more hit points. Technologies that benefit cavalry also benefit Josselyne but he is not affected by civilization bonuses.
