The unnamed Surveyor was instructed by Tony Gordon to have a look round Websters' Auto Centre in July 2008. As part of an expansion plan for Underworld, Tony was proposing to buy the property from Kevin Webster, although he'd told Tony in no uncertain terms that he wasn't interested in selling to him. With Kevin away on a breakdown, Tyrone Dobbs assumed that the surveyor was expected and he got to work. However, when Kevin returned and saw the two men, he threatened to kick the pair off the premises.
