Princess Fazia Iliniat, born Fazia Tasikhe, was the sister of the Carthaki Emperor Ozorne and the mother of Kaddar Iliniat, who succeeded Ozorne to the throne. She had been married to a prince of the Chelogu province in Zallara, Kaddar's father. Fazia's husband died in 446 HE. Fazia had a grandson from her son Kaddar and his wife Kalasin of Conté, Binur Iliniat. She didn't get on with her daughter-in-law very well as Kalasin had too many progressive opinions and didn't behave as a Carthaki Empress should. The only thing they agreed about was Binur, whom both openly adored.
