The full extent of this dōjutsu's abilities are so far unknown, though Kali uses it to create powerful genjutsu akin to the Sharingan. She's also seen using attractive and repulsive forces, including telekinesis, similarly to the Rinnegan's Deva Path and the Tenseigan. It is also stated to grant its wielder control over all nature transformations and Yin-Yang Release.
