Whatnots are a humanoid race in the Muppet franchise with blank Muppet heads, onto which facial features, bodies and clothes are added to make any kind of character in the Muppet Show universe (primarily as background characters). This kind of species is similar to the customizable and/or multiple use character races such as Anything Muppets, Piantas, ROBLOXians and Nintendo Wii's Miis. Notable recurring characters made from Whatnots include Lew Zealand, Marvin Suggs, and Bobby Benson.
