Smash Island IX.5 was the tenth tournament in the Smash Island tournament series and the second to have only Super Smash Flash 2. The tournament was hosted by Dark Ermac and held on March 7th, 2015, as a means to keep players satisfied due to the large gap between Smash Island IX and the upcoming tournament, Smash Island X.
