Miral and Garok's Workshop is located south of Noyel. With Miral, you can trade in Small Medals for a number of (often rare) items including scrolls, weapons, diaries that spawn pets, and more. You can also use small medals here to increase the size of your cart. In Elona+ you can also get a few services from Garokk. Medals are uncommon.
