Though she did not receive the part, she did end up portraying Sofía in the Sesame Street resource video, Little Children, Big Challenges: Incarceration, and later, a series of online videos on traumatic experiences in 2017. She also provided the voice of a Peruvian Penguin in a season 44 episode and appeared as Mrs. Sanchez in an episode in season 45.
