Yandu Jezahl was female Bajoran who lived in the 24th century. She was a Vedek in the Bajoran religion and also a theologian. In 2377, Yandu was in charge of the crypt where the Orb of Souls was located. After Benjamin Sisko's encounter with the orb, Yandu informed him that Kasidy Yates was contacting him.
