The CIS Garmest Medal of Honor was a secret award given by the CIS's Supreme Chancellor to a soldier that exemplified loyalty and bravery for the Confederacy. After the formation of the Confederacy of United Systems, the award was labeled CUS Garmest Loyalty Medal. The tenth recipient of the award was Bisoge Sargos, who was given the award by General Grievous himself.
