The Guide Within, also known as the Inner Guide, was part of the belief system of the General Good, taught as part of The Learning on the planet Kegan. It was believed that each Keganite had a Guide Within, which was their spirit and life force, and tied them in to the General Good. The General Good was not complete unless every Guide Within was united with each other.
