Mount Carlmore is a premium decoration. It costs 120 donuts, and it gives a 3.5% bonus payout to income and jobs. It is based around the character Carl Carlson and has only appeared in one episode of The Simpsons. Mount Carlmore is located in West Springfield near Springfield Gorge. During the Black Friday 2015 Promotion the player got a refund (rebate) of 35 donuts when purchased.
