Paul Sockett appeared in Coronation Street in October 2012 as a Bouncer outside a nightclub visited by Ryan Connor. He trained at Preston College and his acting work has mainly been in the theatre with appearances in A Midsummer Nights Dream, Happy Families Tangled Lives, Tony Blair the Musical, The Snow Queen, 'The Cherry Orchard, He Says...She Says, Guess How Much I Love You, The Crimson Retribution, When the Wind Changes, Everything Under the Sun and The Girl with the Iron Claws. His film appearances include Night Flight to Essen, Daylight Robbery and Chasing Dragons.
