Ian Strom is a level 47 rogue trainer located inside the Salty Sailor Tavern in Booty Bay within the contested territory of Stranglethorn Vale. To find him you must enter the tavern and make a left and ascend the stairs, then make another left turn to cross the rope gangway. As you enter the hull of the boat that is ahead of you, he will be in the room to your left. He may have some relation to Stromgarde. See List of Stranglethorn Vale NPCs.
