This just was created by Hokori Uzumaki to make a simpler Rasengan out of his own Chakra. Instead of rotating chakra in multiple direction, it is compressed into an sphere shape in one's palm. To gain mastery over the technique, one needs to learn how to compress their own chakra into a sphere, have it at the size they want, and to control the shape until released. It can be used as short range like a rasengan to push people and objects away or long like a Tailed Beast Ball to do long ranges damage in anything it hit contact with. If enough power is used, it can even blow straight threw a person's body with ease.
