The true title of this story is Détour. Having said this, the story is archived under the title "Detour". However, an author's note indicates that the actual story title is "De'Tour". This is Mary Combs' attempt to write the French acute accent over the "e". She posted "Détour" to a text-only mailing list (i.e., one that cannot do accents).
