Panteruth urs Mutkius is a Scylvendi of the Munuäti tribe. Panteruth is present at the Battle of Kiyuth. Afterwards, he and a band of warriors attack Cnaiür urs Skiötha and Anasûrimbor Kellhus as they attempt to cross the Jiünati Steppe. Cnaiür kills him and takes possession of his slave, Serwë.
