Doctor H.M. Phage, T.E. is the head of the Hospital, a zone born out of the Grey Zone's concepts of medical professions and hospitals in general. Incredibly arrogant, self-centered, and oblivious, Phage firmly believes he is the smartest being in existence and ignores anything that would say otherwise. He is an extremely capable doctor, despite appearances, and has the safety of all existence in mind.
