The anti-shock dispenser is a solid stainless steel cylinder five inches long with a knurled barrel, flat polished tip and a sturdy plunger top. Along the side a narrow flute has been machined. The bottom of this channel is green, with a small red cross on a white square field, simple instructions in several languages and a tiny diagram showing its use.
