The Stone Summit use the Iron Forgeman to power and operate the Forge at the core of their operations in the Furnace. He doesn't actually use skills, as he isn't even selectable as a target, but you can watch him pulling chains which activate Sorrow's Flame and Sorrow's Fist. Destroying the Iron Forgeman is one of the objectives of the Deldrimor Dwarves in the quest The Forge Heart.
