Zoltán Gera (born 22 April 1979) is a Hungarian footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder. He is currently plays for Ferencvárosi TC and the Hungarian national team. He has previously played for Fulham, Ferencváros, Pécsi Mecsek and Harkány SE, as well as enjoying two spells at West Bromwich Albion. Gera made his international debut in 2002 against Switzerland, losing 2–1. In 2009, Gera briefly retired from the national team following a dispute with then-manager Erwin Koeman. Koeman was replaced by Sándor Egervári in 2010 and Gera returned to Hungary's international squad.
