When Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson are invited to a rocket launch by Wayne's old college chum Professor Nelson, they witness the rockets theft by a group of backpack wearing crooks known as the Rocketeers. Changing to Batman and Robin, the dynamic duo foil the Rocketeers and their leaders plot to use missiles in order to blackmail Gotham City into paying over a large sum of money.
