Duala Aidu was a Force-sensitive female Human who was a member of the Singing Mountain Clan, a clan of witches that resided on the planet Dathomir. In about 18 BBY, the Jedi Knight Jax Pavan ventured to Dathomir on business with the Singing Mountain Clan and as he approach the clan's stronghold, he was spotted by Aidu and the Dathomirian Zabrak Magash Drashi, and the pair escorted him to their clan mother, Augwynne Djo. Pavan subsequently sought the aid of the witches to allow him to access the secrets of the holocron of the Sith Lord Darth Ramage, which would only activate after being provided with a large quantity of blood from a Force-sensitive being, and Aidu, Djo, Drashi and Pavan all donated blood to allow the Jedi open the holocron.
