Channler Hadrian. Current Dictator-Elect of New Carolina Channler Hadrian was born to a slave family belonging General Ahem-Milda, the leader of Islamic Military forces in New Carolina. Hadrian was seperated at the age of ten and brought to a military school under the strict guidance the Islamic over-seerers. Where other failed, Channler succeeded and survived the Military School. Later on in his career his opinion of the government was swayed when the martyr St. Christophe was killed.
