Ilya Milstein is a Melbourne-based sequential artist who is the sole creator of Happy Times Comics & Stories. He is very much a boy. Milstein's work features byzantine scenery with thin-tip pen work with stylised characters that can either be relatively realistic or simpler, more dynamic comic characters with some similarities to that of American artist Justin Madson.
