The Rune helm (g) is a reward from the members Level 4 Treasure Trails. It is, noticeably, more expensive than the Rune full helm (g). The Rune medium helmet (g) has the exact same bonuses as the normal Rune helm. Curiously, Jagex has not yet released the Rune helm (t), and have stated that they never will.
