Discipline Room allows you to torture enemy units that have been captured in your base panel and allows you to take HL from them, learn the location of a treasure chest on a dungeon map and make the captured unit join your party. It also enables you to find the P Flonzor parts so you can go to the Land of Carnage (LOC).
