Bayleef became a vital member of Terrance's team since it evolved, and activated its Overgrow ability for the first time during its battle against Azusa and her Fennekin, despite its ability activated and powered up its Grass-type attacks, it fought well but lost after Fennekin evolved into Braixen and learned Psybeam.
