Khrado Ragnos's lightsaber was the personal weapon of the Dark Lord of the Sith Khrado Ragnos, constructed by him around the year 100 BBY at the instruction of his master and many-times-great-grandfather Marka Ragnos. Following his death, it passed to many different owners, eventually becoming something of a family heirloom.
