Walternate is the nickname given by Walter Bishop to the alternate version of himself, Walternate is also the secondary antagonist in the second season and main antagonist of the third season of the TV series Fringe. He was portrayed by John Noble. Physically is exactly like Walter Bishop, but they have a several diferences in their personalities. Walternate never suffers from brain damage like Walter Bishop does. He can control his mental facilities.
