Lt. Galen is a young officer of the Sharn Watch. He helped the party get put Maldazar in the right hands when they arrived in Sharn, and helped Garrek and Naaman Troy dispose of some highly illegal Dragon's Blood. He later had his tongue cut out by a group of Halflings he says, and was beat to a pulp because he would not divulge the identity of the party. Lt. Galen is not the most powerful ally, but his loyalty is unmeasurable.
