Sar-Issus was one of The Seven Disciples of Sar-Elam. Together with Sar-Shazzar and Sar-Aggreth, he founded the Seven Cities in the southern deserts of Sahaar. Sar-Issus was a powerful mage, and wrote the first principles of arcane magic.
