He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and later became a sociopath as he is today. Mitch doesn't like the law and broke several of them and has been arrested several times for doing so. He enjoys eating live animals, urinating in public, and scaring the cops. One of his most evil acts was sending Tommy to create chaos to show who's boss. Mitch is found in a bar playing pool with his gang members.
