Barry Harcross is a character from the Grand Theft Auto series who is mentioned on the Liberty Tree website [1]. Barry Harcross is a businessman from Liberty City, who in 1997 was falsely charged by the FBI for money laundering for the mob in his construction company, of importing more flowers from his Colombian Office and of other crimes. Charges however were dropped after three key witnesses decided against lying in court and some evidence was deemed inadmissible.
