In 16 BBY, the Felucians decided to rebel against the Empire that was on their planet for years. Several groups of Felucians attacked the Empire outposts, killing a lot of stormtroopers of 327th Star Corps. Eventually, some soldiers survived and defeated the Felucians, starting an anti-Rebellion campaign that would have secured imperial settlements.
