Impractical and expensive, Living Fireworks are primarily used as part of annual festivals, usually as a herald of the New Year, or the coronation of a new leader. The act of creating animated fireworks are a time honored tradition among the people of Kumitari Province, Nobugo and remains a closely guarded secret. Living Fireworks are large, solid fuel rockets packed with gunpowder, arcane and conductive essences and nigh upon hundreds of carefully inscribed Sigils. When ignited, they soar off into the sky and burst in a multitude and variety of colors, before starting to animate and move across the sky.
