Earth Shifter is a unique Thunder Maul. As it has an extremely high maximum attack damage, Earth Shifter could be of minor use to Druids who specialize in Elemental Skills due to its very high bonus to those skills and its boost to cast rate. However, this item is extremely impractical for any Druid to use because of its 253 strength requirement - a stat elemental druids have very little reason to invest in. To equip this weapon would surely mean reducing one's life total by an incredible amount because the investment would prevent those points from going into vitality instead.
