Kisoyt Soliger was a Human male snowtrooper commander in the Galactic Empire. He participated in the Battle of Hoth in 3 ABY during the Galactic Civil War. Stationed inside at the end of the hallway before the first Elevator of Echo Base, he is confronted by a rebel trooper and killed in the firefight.
