The Social Liberal Party were formed in 2479, under the name "Social and Liberal Republican Party", which was changed after their first members were elected to the Assembly. The Social Liberals work most closely with other parties on the centre-left of the political scale, and are members of the Democratic League for Jelbania, now acting as an electoral alliance, with the Socialists, Lib-Gov Party and Progressive Federalists. They also continue to co-operate with the Union des Citoyens Chrétiens, who were previously members of the DLJ. Election Results: Cabinet participation:
