Dark Puffs are enemies in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. They are found throughout Boggly Woods and The Great Tree. These small lighting creatures attack in a variety of ways. They can charge themselves up with lightning. One of the fighting teams in the Glitz Pit, the "Mind Bogglers", has one of these guys on it.
