Project: OlymPYC, short for "Paranormal Youth Cadets", is an U.S. Army program for training young paranormals (mutant and otherwise) in the use of their powers. It's set up like a military academy, or a military school, with training regular school work. Differently from Whateley, it emphasizes discipline and structure. Curriculum includes weapons training and martial arts, besides powers training and regular schooling. As compensation for the costs of this education, the cadet is expected to enlist for a minimum of one standard enlistment term after graduating High School.
