The Rainbow City was the capital, most-populous, and most-important city of the Principality of Har. It was ruled by the Prince of Har, and was located at the mouth of the River Har. It was a marvelous city, and was destroyed by the Sefenlander Emperor Makexes Messon in retribution for the death of Emperor Jahartos, his younger brother.
